Earn 10 points per dollar spent on hotels and rental cars booked through Capital One Travel 

  • Earn 5 miles per dollar spent on vacation rentals and flights booked through Capital One Travel 

  • Earn 2 miles per dollar spent on all other purchases

  • An annual credit of $300 for bookings made through the travel portal

  • Earn 10,000 bonus miles (worth $100 towards travel) on each account, starting with the first anniversary 

  • Free lounge access for up to two guests and the cardholder per visit to Capital One Lounges and lounges in Capital One’s partner network 

A number of additional cardholders can be added without charge and can enjoy perks and earn rewards on every dollar they spend

  • You’ll receive a statement credit for your application fee for either Global Entry or TSA PreCheck

  • As a cardholder, you’ll also receive trip delay reimbursement.

  • You’ll receive cell phone protection by paying your monthly wireless bill.

Capital One Venture X Redeeming and Transferring Miles

When it comes to redeeming Capital One Miles, there are several options. However, your best bet is to transfer your points to one of the hotel or airline travel partners. Some Capital One transfer partners include British Airways Executive Club and Avianca LifeMiles. Note that Capital One also offers several other redemption options, including the option to redeem miles for cash-back. However, the Venture X isn’t the best card for this.
